Shipping charges for both incoming and outgoing work are paid by Esthetic Dental Arts. We utilize UPS or Federal Express next-day service for shipping. Pre-printed shipping labels and boxes are available. Shipping charges may be added if the doctor requests a metal try-in, asks to trim dies, or other special requests depending upon circumstances. Alternative carriers can be arranged if desired. Turn Around Time We strive for 100% on-time deliveries and requre a minimum of 7 working days in the laboratory to complete most restorations. If you are shipping work, please allow two additional days for transit time. We understand that emergencies do arise and will work with you to accomodate rush cases.
